Users agree to use Thriftee only for lawful purposes. Any misuse, fraudulent activity, or violation of applicable laws is strictly prohibited.

2. User Accounts

Users must provide accurate and complete information during registration. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials. Any activity under the account is the responsibility of the user.

3. Orders and Payments

All orders placed are subject to confirmation and availability of items. Payments must be made via GCash using the correct details provided. Users must submit a valid GCash reference number for payment verification. Thriftee reserves the right to cancel orders in case of invalid or unverified payments.

4. Pricing and Products

Prices are listed clearly on the platform and may change without prior notice. As a thrift shop, items may be limited in quantity and may show signs of prior use.

5. Delivery

Thriftee will arrange delivery based on the shipping information provided. Delays caused by incorrect addresses or external factors are not the responsibility of Thriftee.

6. Prohibited Activities

Users must not use the platform for scams, attempt to hack the system, or provide false payment information.

7. Limitation of Liability

Thriftee is not liable for losses due to incorrect information provided by users or delays caused by delivery services.

We collect your Full Name, Email Address, Contact Number, Shipping Address, Account Password, and GCash details (Number and Reference Number) for verification.

Your data is used to manage your account, process orders, confirm payments, arrange deliveries, and provide customer support.

We take reasonable steps to protect your personal data. Access is limited to authorized individuals only to prevent unauthorized disclosure or misuse.

We do not sell your data. We only share it with delivery personnel to fulfill your orders or when required by law.
